Lock Stock Festival
Well this is a little bit awkward, as, much as we’re thoroughly enjoying this band performing outside the world famous Dingwall’s at the summer Lock Stock mini-festival in Camden, I can’t for the life of me remember what they’re called, despite a thorough trawl through the Interwebbie archive – despite managing to find out a number of the other musicians performing that day. [Hopefully, somebody at some point will recognize them & suitable linkage can be applied].
So, yes a rare trip to Camden Lock, which, being a Friday, isn’t as rammed with young tourists after hummus, t-shirts and tattoos in what seems to be a microclimate that has become perpetually post-70’s retro.
Which is some contrast to our experience earlier that afternoon, farther east along the canal, where we found ourselves alone in King’s Place during a routine fire drill whilst enjoying a Chris Steele Perkins retrospective [our wheelchair giving us exemption].
And I’m not sure where the nearest golf course is to the canal, but this chap is obviously intent on finding it.
